Animal Care Clinic

Excellent! They take extra care of Graycie.

I've been taking my dog to Animal Care Clinic monthly for years, and always found their response time excellent — until the week I actually needed them most. I took my dog in for an appt with them to see what was wrong with her. They referred us to rush to Medvet. We spent 9hrs at Medvet and Medvet mentioned the possibility of involving an Internal Medicine Vet for a second opinion. I emailed Animal Care Clinic the next day to fill them in on everything that happened including the serious findings (abdominal fluid buildup and concerning liver results). I praised them as a clinic and thought that between three experienced vets there and a large vet team that they could give me an opinion. That was at 1pm. I had heard nothing but assumed they were busy. I followed up at 4pm with additional records and new lab results. I received no response at all that day or at the end of their business day that day. :( That evening, I emailed again to let them know we'd made the difficult decision — without their input, since we hadn't heard back — to schedule euthanasia for the following afternoon. Jolene's stomach had immediately filled back up with fluid after having it drained, had labored breathing, couldnt eat and or lay down comfortably. It was the hardest desicion we ever had to make with a pet and advice from our regular vet of years would have been meant so much to us. I heard nothing back all day Thursday or all day Friday. Not a call, not an email, not even a brief acknowledgment. Ghosted! Friday night, I sent one more email expressing how disappointed I was to have been ghosted during the hardest week of my dog's life. Only Saturday morning did I receive a voicemail offering condolences — which, given the timing, felt more like a response to my complaint than a genuine outreach. :( Jolene was a monthly regular there for years. I expected, at minimum, someone to reach out during an active medical crisis, and I especially expected some acknowledgment after she passed. I'm sharing this so other longtime clients know what to expect if they need real-time support during an emergency. 💔😥

I took my Malinois in with a terrible ear infection and I was nervous how she would react with her high energy though she is pretty well trained. Every assistant was so patient and kind, I did not feel pressured at all for anything. Dr. Cuellar was amazing and made us feel comfortable. Her infection was so bad he made up a triple mix of solution for her, and it seems to be working after just a few days! The price was extremely reasonable too. They did a great job with my fur missile. I can imagine that working at a vet is not an easy job at all, and we are so thankful for y'all!

They were ok. We had 2 cats fixed by them and they did a good job, but it was expensive and the wait time was rough. Their staff wasn't very friendly, but seemed knowledgeable.
