I adopted a shelter cat. A month ago i took her in for her rabies shot. I asked front desk person if she knew good boarding place and she told me we board cats. I was so excited because Im going on trip out of country. In September. I booked with them. Then a week ago a tech called asking if I was OK if they gave her gavipentum during her stay so she would be more relaxed. I wasn't happy about it but if Tucks was more relaxed and they were..then ok. She said she would call me in a week for pick up of other medicine. She called, i called back and was told..better if she doesn't stay with them. You can just imagine how upsetting this was. Some vet. No compassion for a shelter cat who they know her history. I also find out young kids look after the cats. Let's just say..got a new vet. Will never deal with these idiots again!!!!!
