I have brought my cat there a few times for shots and nail trims. No he is not the friendliest cat you’ve ever met, but they were able to trim his nails and give him shots in less than 1015 minutes and he was back in his carrier and on the way home I would recommend them to anyone that has a kitty that needs A shot or nail grooming. He doesn’t mind the car ride seems to be the worst part! 😻

Worst Vet in Vancouver. A corporation that will take your money and provide you with only basic services for your pet. If there's a true emergency with your pet, you are SOL since they don't have the facilities for anything major. You'll end up taking your pet to the nearest Pet ER where they won't take your lousy Banfield Plan and it'll end up costing you $$$$. Never Ever Use them. I directly blame their overworked vets and inability to run proper tests for the death of my dog. To add insult to injury, they are still billing me for their lousy coverage plan EVEN THOUGH MY DOG HAS NOW BEEN DEAD FOR 5 MONTHS!!!
