WellHaven Pet Health Hazel Dell

At my most recent visit, the medical records listed items and tasks for my dogs that I observed weren't performed or provided, including a lab test marked as sent out when no sample was taken. The first records I received documented exams that weren't performed, including listening to the heart and lungs. After I raised that these were not done, along with other items, the clinic reissued the records with those lines removed and noted that the records default to a normal report, and they declined to correct the remaining entries for other checks and services that weren't actually performed. Earlier visits with other doctors here were good (doctors like Dr. Sellge, and Dr. Robinson who has since moved to Columbia Vet Center), but I'd recommend reviewing your pet's records after every visit, as well as your receipt. Records should never default to normal, especially for senior dogs. The clinic declined to correct them, so I filed a complaint with the Washington Veterinary Board of Governors.

Ive taken my cat here two or three tomes.
