Rude manager. Very condescending. I requested that they stop emailing, calling and sending messages for my pet to do a check-up that I took him for before he was even due. I spoke with an office staff manager telling her that it is insane to contact someone so many times for something they have already done and to please get someone to stop doing it. Obviously if someone doesn't respond the first few times, they are not interested. Staff was upset and had the manager call me to "resolve the issue", but then proceeded to condescend me about me being upset for feeling harassed by their corporate office emails, messages and AI calls about this when I already did the appointment. According to him, "it's not their fault, it's the corporate team", and continued to interrupt me when he called me to ask for my concerns but obviously didn't want to listen. Truth be told, this clinic has been incompetent with my pet's care for a while, with me repeatedly asking for records that they forget to email, emailing me the wrong thing, not being able to find results that I paid for in their system, coming in for a vet exam which involved very little time with the vet barely checking anything. This was just the icing on the top. I hope I can find a better vet. Oh and they immediately discharged my pet from seeking any care from them before I even established with another vet. I asked their corporate office to review those calls, and I really hope there is some accountability for this business.

My only interaction with WellHaven Mill Plain was over the phone but the response was prompt and the staff was informative. They were able to give me a pretty accurate estimate during Luci's first visit for blood work. Due to my job my spouse took Luci to and from her appointment and surgery. They performed her oral surgery quickly and without any complications thus far. Luci is healing up great and doesn't appear to be in any unnecessary pain or discomfort. I know her quality of life will be much better having her bad teeth removed. WellHaven and the Vancouver Veterinary Hospital in particular have always been a good resource for my pet family.
